Here we are approaching June, but I couldn’t leave May without posting something about mental health awareness month.
As many of you know, May is indeed mental health awareness month, and I am writing to you as someone living with chronic mental illness.
Thus, it is so important to increase one’s awareness about the quality of their overall mental health.
Being aware of mine has not only helped me over time, but getting on meds (when meds are needed) has made a tremendous difference in my life!

I am into personal development, and practice some semblance of it every day!
