Sounds like intuitive eating, which I practice. I practice it to gain weight healthily then to maintain my weight, however. I’ve started losing weight again because I forget to eat / eat less when I’m stressed.

Yes it does. And, know a lot of people go in the opposite direction as me. I eat when I am stressed, but I wish I didn’t. Haha.
