Yeah. I had an occasion where I took full morning dosages twice, and finally realized, I need a pill arranger. So… spending a day of being highly over medicated, to spending a day without any more meds, to now getting back on track, reveals a lot! And with that, I was able to realize some growth in terms of mindset, which is always good!
Oh good! I always thought I could manage my meds without any assistance, until a couple of times I took my bedtime in the morning and it knocked me out. At that point, I decided to embrace my inner old person and get a weekly dosette box.
I’ve tried them on more than one occasion before now, but something happens to the psyche when you take 60 mg of abilify and start being all messed up. So, yeah, I’ve got a pill organizer coming!

Ugh, that’s annoying that the meds are messing with things. But all you can do is your best.

I’ve always uses a pill organiser, thankfully. I’ve a terrible memory, and sometimes lose my sense of time/what day it is.

I know. When I’m struggling with memory, at least once or twice a week, I forget whether Ive taken them. It’s a good move.
